Working 8.30am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday (42.5 hours)

As the Compliance Manager for the Group, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards across our sites. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, you will develop and implement compliance strategies to mitigate risks, promote ethical conduct, and uphold the reputation of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop corrective action plans.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters, including ethics, data privacy, and anti-corruption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance considerations into business processes and decision-making.
  • Stay abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices to inform compliance initiatives and enhance effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies, auditors, and other external stakeholders on compliance matters.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and the board of directors on compliance activities, issues, and trends.
