Service Advisor at Williams Land Rover

We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Advisor for our Land Rover Retail Centre in Manchester.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with customers’ requirements for service and repair work in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • To carry out systematic follow up, upsell and prospecting activities in order to maintain and build the volume of work for the service department.
  • Deliver exceptional levels of customer service.

  • The successful candidate needs to be highly self-motivated and able to multi task, whilst maintaining a high standard of customer service at all times. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably with a prestige franchise is required. A full clean driving licence is essential.
