Service Booking-in Administrator at Williams Land Rover

We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Booking-in Administrator for our Land Rover Retail Centre in Manchester.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Answering customer telephone enquiries in an efficient and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service whilst taking bookings.
  • To organise the loading of work onto the workshop system, whilst ensuring efficient utilisation of the workshop capacity.

The successful candidate needs to be reliable, enthusiastic and personable, and will have previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be given.
