With its curved, bold front, the new Range Rover Velar offers subtle sophistication. At the front, the unique mesh grille is wide set and sits between newly feline LED headlights to offset the bonnet. Side on, the sleek windows and smooth body fall back to a raised, rear bumper and rear top spoiler for an aerodynamic shape and a distinctive silhouette. Two separate grilles on the bottom corners of the car’s low-rise bumper add extra personality and a sportiness to the car’s large stature. With alloy wheels and a two-tone body colour, the Range Rover Velar is a modern athlete with simple yet striking looks.
The Velar is available in three main models, each with S, SE and HSE specifications. The entry level Velar S has elegant proportions and its interior includes luxurious upholstery and a generous cabin, along with heated windscreen and door mirrors, automatic headlights, and rain-sensing wipers. The SE and HSE boast Matrix LED headlights, perforated grained leather seats and a leather steering wheel with satin chrome bezel and gearshift paddles.
For a step up, the Velar R-Dynamic model has added exterior features of leather seats and the impressive auto-dimming, power fold, heated door mirrors with approach lights. The entry R-Dynamic S comes with 19-inch five-spoke ‘Style 5046’ alloys with Satin Dark Grey finish.
The top-end Velar First Edition comes with transmission developments of Configurable Dynamics and All Terrain Progress Control. The First Edition also has chrome detailing on the interior functions, two-tone upholstery, ambient lighting, a heated steering wheel, and built-in screens on the rear of the driver and passenger headrests.
Enjoy all of the latest infotainment features as standard on the new Range Rover Velar, such as a DAB radio and Bluetooth connectivity for your smart devices. The SE and HSE trims have the addition of Navigation Pro, InControl Apps for your convenience and a rear-view camera for easy, stress-free parking. For further access to all your infotainment needs, the higher trims in both the Velar and R-Dynamic models have Interactive Driver Display, Park Assist technology and Meridian™ Surround Sound. The Velar First Edition has a Surround Camera System with Wade Sensing for those that drive off-road into watery terrain. The majority of technology features can be added to each of the models as extras.

**WLTP (Worldwide harmonised Light vehicle Test Procedure) is the new process that has been phased in from 2017, which measures fuel, energy consumption, range and emissions in passenger vehicles in Europe. This is designed to provide figures closer to real-world driving behaviour. It tests vehicles with optional equipment and with a more demanding test procedure and driving profile.
