What is Williams Go?
If your vehicle is damaged in an accident that wasn’t your fault, Williams Go is our complimentary service to keep you moving.
Starting with vehicle recovery, coordinating repairs and arranging a like-for-like replacement vehicle, Williams Go liaises with all parties to save you time and stress.
Williams Go benefits:
While your vehicle is being repaired you drive a model of the same standard as your own.
Williams Go protects the warranty of your vehicle by using only genuine replacement parts installed by our expert technicians.
Williams Go works with your insurer and the third party on your behalf to keep things stress-free for you.
if your vehicle isn't roadworthy, Williams Go will recover both you and the vehicle to your nearest Williams showroom.
Who can use Williams Go?
As a Williams customer, Williams Go is available free of charge to you and your family when you need the assistance of an accident management service.
If the accident wasn’t your fault, you have a choice of where your car is repaired and, despite what your insurer might say, you only need one estimate.
When you choose Williams Go, we guarantee to return your vehicle to its original, pristine condition. Rest assured, we use only genuine manufacturer parts and accessories to protect your vehicle’s warranty and resale value.
Four simple steps
The Williams Go team are here for you seven days a week, ready to take care of the process and keep you on the road.
1. If you’re involved in an accident, call the Williams Accident Management helpline on 0344 600 9040.
2. Let us know where you are and we can recover your vehicle for you, returning it to your nearest Williams showroom.
3. We’ll arrange a replacement vehicle while yours is being repaired and deal with all aspects of your insurance claim.
4. The cost of repairs and replacement vehicle hire will be charged to the insurer of the third party responsible for the accident.

Terms & Conditions
The accident must be 'non fault' in order to use the Williams Go service in it's entirety.
*The provision of a replacement vehicle is subject to you having no use of another suitable vehicle and proof of your need for a quality car.
** Your vehicle will be recovered if it is not roadworthy. During business hours, your vehicle will be recovered to the nearest Williams Group bodyshop facility. Out of hours, your vehicle will be recovered to a secure compound and arrangements will be made to transfer your vehicle to the nearest Williams Group bodyshop the following day.
^If both the repair and replacement vehicle hire service is used, no payment is required from the customer. Auxillis will submit all costs to the third party insurer upon receipt of the completed repair invoice from Williams Group. If due to accident circumstances the repair is authorised by customer's own insurer, the “excess” amount agreed within the insurance policy would need to be paid upon collection of the repaired vehicle.
Auxillis is authorised and regulated with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to conduct general insurance business. Their Registration Number is 312423 and this can be confirmed on the website https://register.fca.org.uk/
