Dream the Impossible 2025

An Evening of Food, Entertainment and Impact

Join Williams at San Carlo Manchester on 11 September for an exclusive evening in support of cancer charities across the North West, as part of the Dream the Impossible event.

Hosted by the Tim Bacon Foundation, this unique experience brings together some of the region’s most celebrated restaurants, uniting guests for an evening of fine dining, live music, and meaningful fundraising.

An Evening with Purpose

Dream the Impossible is more than an evening out – it’s a platform to make a difference. With proceeds supporting vital cancer care through Maggie’s and the wider work of the Tim Bacon Foundation, your ticket goes further than the experience.

Your Guest Experience

7:00pm – Arrival at San Carlo, Manchester
Settle in for a luxury three-course dining experience in one of the city’s most iconic restaurants. Each course will be paired with a complimentary drink to elevate the evening.

9:30pm – Transfer to Albert Hall, Manchester
The party continues at the legendary Albert Hall. Expect live entertainment, premium drinks and a celebratory atmosphere like no other.

What to Expect

This isn’t just a charity dinner – it’s a bold, high-energy evening that reflects everything the hospitality industry stands for: connection, joy, and giving back.

All proceeds will go towards supporting the mission of the Tim Bacon Foundation – helping people living with cancer by supporting pioneering organisations across the UK.
