*Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is a 20% discount on the Services as listed below booked via the Jaguar or Land Rover via the online service booking form from 22/12/2025 to 31/01/2026, quoting the code WILL20. To avail the 20% discount the Services must be completed by 31/01/2025.

2. This Promotion is open to all Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles.

3. Williams may withdraw the Promotion at any time. In that case the Promotion will not be displayed any more.

4. The services included within the Promotion are (the “Services”):

Brake fluid service

Oil and Filter Services

Air Conditioning Services

Front brake pad service

Front brake pad & disc service

Rear brake pad service

Rear brake pad & disc service

Front brake pad & disc service

Rear brake pad & disc service

Vehicle check service

MOT

Including the additional service charge which is called ‘Standard Scope’, as further detailed on those platforms named in Section 1.

5. The 20% discount will not be applied to any additional services which are booked outside of the Jaguar or Land Rover online service booking form, retailer websites or booked outside of the Promotion Period or completed after the 30/06/2025. No discount will be given on additional services or maintenance issues identified during the carrying out of the booked Service(s) or Services deferred at the time of carrying out the Service to a point in time later than 30/06/2025.

6. A reference number will be displayed to identify the booking request as being completed. If no reference number is displayed then the booking request will not be complete and will not be eligible for the Promotion.

7. If during the booking request process a form is displayed online to request a call back from the retailer then this will NOT constitute a completed booking request and the Promotion will not apply. The entire booking request process must be completed for the booking request to be eligible for the Promotion.

8. The Promotion is applicable to one booking per vehicle only, however multiple services can be selected.

9. The discount is only valid for the vehicle that is booked online and is not transferable or exchangeable.

10. The discount is not exchangeable for cash and is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Promotion.

11. Any booking requests not submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions, or incomplete, expired or otherwise incorrect shall be rejected and/or excluded from the Promotion and your selected retailer’s decision is final.

12. Your selected Williams centre, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate you or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Promotion except where it is caused by the negligence, wilful or deliberate misconduct of your selected Williams centre, its agents or distributors or that of their employees.

13. If your selected Williams centre has any reason to believe that you are in breach of these terms and conditions, your selected retailer may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in this Promotion.

14. You reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time prior to attending the Service without cost.

15. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms and conditions.

MOT Discount: Terms and Conditions apply. This promotion is open to all Jaguar vehicles 3 years and older. Discount will be applied to your final bill when you receive your invoice in our service centres. Bookings must be completed between 9 June - 30 June. Subject to service centre availability.
