    Williams Accident Management Programme

    As a Williams Jaguar customer you are eligible for the Williams complimentary Accident Management programme.

    Being involved in an accident is something that we all want to avoid. Sometimes though it is simply unavoidable and even if it is not your fault, you still have to deal with the consequences. Should you be involved in an accident, the programme is filled with benefits to ensure that the situation is taken care of quickly and in a stress free manner. Williams Group can help, from our Jaguar service centre we can return your car to its previous condition.

    By operating with Williams Jaguar, you will be entitled to have your vehicle recovered from any location on the UK mainland. In the case of a non-fault accident you will also be eligible for a temporary replacement vehicle.

    While your insurer may suggest one of their preferred body repairers to save costs, potentially by fitting non-genuine Jaguar Parts or using non-Jaguar trained technicians, you are fully entitled to request that your Jaguar is repaired by the people who know it best, a Jaguar Approved Bodyshop, at no extra cost to you.

    Following your call, we are able to generate estimates for you, get authorisation from your insurance company, and handle your accident claim on your behalf. We will also contact your insurance company, and inform them of the repair work on your vehicle.

    What you should do if you are involved in an accident.

    In the event of an accident you should:

  • make sure nobody requires medical attention
  • if they do, you need to ring the emergency services immediately
  • phone the Williams Accident Management helpline on 0844 6000 129
  • let us know where you are and we can send a recovery vehicle to you
  • allow us to take care of everything else – including the insurance claim
