Employee Referral Scheme Guide

The introduction form is to be completed below and submitted electronically.
If the individual is successful in their application and the referral eligibility criterion is met, the employee responsible for the introduction will receive up to £1,000.
New Referral
For all new referrals, not previously known/employed by the business, a referral payment of £1,000 will be made as per the following:
Previous Employee Referral
For the referral of a previous employee who left the business more than six months prior to the date the referral as made, a £500 will be made as set out below:
All payments will be processed through payroll and are subject to PAYE/NI deductions.
If the employee making the introduction leaves or is serving notice before the new employee completes the above period(s), they will not be eligible for any outstanding payments.
The referral scheme is non-contractual. The company reserves the right to amend, vary or withdraw the scheme to fit the needs of the business. Any disputes relating to the application of the scheme will be referred to the Group HR Manager.
