When customers buy a vehicle from us we promise them a number of commitments to ensure that the process is as stress-free, exciting and comfortable as possible.

Our Ten Exclusive Commitments Are:

  • You will be able to park outside the showroom whenever you visit one of our showrooms.
  • Test drives will always be available, subject to status and availability.
  • We aim to respond as promptly as possible to any enquires.
  • We will make sure we contact you after your visit to find out how it went.
  • We will keep you informed about any changes or updates you may be interested in.
  • Waiting times will be kept to a minimum whenever you visit us.
  • We will offer alternative transport if you can't wait for your service or repairs to be carried out.
  • All charges will be fully explained whenever we do any work.
  • Your vehicle will be washed and vacuumed after a service.
  • We aim to resolve all issues, questions and enquiries correctly the first time, every time.
