When customers buy a vehicle from us we promise them a number of commitments to ensure that the process is as stress-free, exciting and comfortable as possible.
Our Ten Exclusive Commitments Are:
- You will be able to park outside the showroom whenever you visit one of our showrooms.
- Test drives will always be available, subject to status and availability.
- We aim to respond as promptly as possible to any enquires.
- We will make sure we contact you after your visit to find out how it went.
- We will keep you informed about any changes or updates you may be interested in.
- Waiting times will be kept to a minimum whenever you visit us.
- We will offer alternative transport if you can't wait for your service or repairs to be carried out.
- All charges will be fully explained whenever we do any work.
- Your vehicle will be washed and vacuumed after a service.
- We aim to resolve all issues, questions and enquiries correctly the first time, every time.
