Group Infrastructure and Facilities Manager at Williams Head Office

Due to retirement, we are looking for an individual to help and support the group with both infrastructure and facilities. The role will require somebody with a practical mindset to oversee our property portfolio and infrastructure.

Working 08:30 – 18.00 Monday to Friday (42.5 hours).

Below are some specific role requirements:

  • Support and oversee all group properties including the project management for any property refurbishments.
  • Possess a basic understanding of building systems, structures, and property management.
  • Capable of developing and executing maintenance schedules and plans.
  • Proficient in managing and maintaining the group's hardware infrastructure.
  • Skilled in coordinating and negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Be comfortable in collaborating with experts across various fields.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving to mitigate issues before they escalate.
