We are pleased to announce that you are now able to arrange contactless collection of your new car and motorcycle direct from your preferred Williams centre.
How do I arrange collection of my vehicle?
Once you have ordered your new or approved used vehicle, a member of the Williams team will contact you to ensure all relevant paperwork is complete. They will then arrange a convenient time for you to collect your vehicle. Collection is available Monday to Sunday between normal business hours, details of opening hours can be found here.
How will my vehicle be prepared for my collection?
Williams uphold the very highest standard of vehicle care. Prior to your arrival, all contact surfaces will be protected including the seat, foot well, steering wheel and gearshift. You can view a short film below that explains how we prepare your vehicle.
What will happen when I collect my vehicle?
To enable you to collect your safely, we will drive your vehicle outside of our handover area. All protective coverings will then be removed and your keys wiped clean before being placed in your car, ready for you to drive. If you are unable to collect your vehicle from any of our Williams centres, or should you prefer to have your vehicle delivered, Williams can arrange delivery of your new car and motorcycle direct to your home.
