Wherever the accident takes place we will come out to you and help you, recovering you and your car back to your local Williams showroom if your vehicle is no longer road legal. To make sure that you are not inconvenienced by the accident, we can supply you with a like-for-like replacement vehicle while we fix yours, if the accident wasn't your fault. If this is the case then your warranty will also be unaffected.
At our exceptional service centres we guarantee to return your vehicle back to its original, pristine condition through our Bodyshop Repair set-up, which only ever uses genuine manufacturer parts and accessories.
What to Do in the Event of an Accident
The first thing you should do if you are involved in an accident is check that nobody requires medical attention. If they do, make sure you ring the emergency services as soon as you can.
After that you need to phone the Williams Accident Management helpline on 03446 009 040. You can then let us know where you are and we can recover your vehicle for you, returning it to your nearest Williams showroom.
From there onwards we will do all the work for you, generating an estimated cost for the work required and dealing with all aspects of your insurance claim. This service is completely free and will ensure you get back on the road with the minimum of fuss, as quickly as possible.
Williams Group will also contribute to your insurance excess fee up to the value of £100.
