Can I speak to someone about my vehicle?

Can I visit your showroom?


Yes, all Williams showrooms are now open to the public. You are currently required to wear a face mask when entering a Williams showroom, to comply with the latest Government guidelines outlined for retail businesses.

Do I have to wear a face mask?


Yes, a face mask or suitable face covering is now a requirement in all Williams centres. This is a necessary step that we have taken as a retail business to comply with the latest Government guidelines.

Can I go for a test drive?


Test drives can now be requested in advance of visiting your Williams centre and are by prior appointment only. This service is subject to availability and conditions of our insurance.

Can I still order a new or approved used vehicle?


Yes, we are still offering a full end to end sales process via online and telephone. A dedicated digital customer team is available to discuss your requirements, and you also able to browse vehicles in our centres. More information on our new Buy Online feature can be found HERE.

When will I be able to pick up my new or approved used vehicle?


You are able to collect your vehicle with our new 'click & collect' service. However if you are unable to collect, we are also offering a home delivery service. Please speak to a member of the team for more information.

Is Service still open?


Williams BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW Motorrad servicing is fully operational and available to all customers by appointment only, with all necessary steps taken to keep our customers and our team safe.

Are Bodyshops open?


Our four Bodyshops (Bolton, Liverpool, Manchester and Stockport) are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, operating with a skeleton team.

We are currently conducting estimates remotely (by email) although you can call ahead of visiting during the above times.

My vehicle's MOT is due. What should I do?


You can book your MOT online HERE, the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency have now stated the grace period is over, so if your MOT is due on or after 1 August 2020, you must book this procedure in as normal.

It is important to note that all vehicles must be kept in a roadworthy condition and drivers can be prosecuted if they drive an unsafe vehicle.

Can I still purchase parts?


Yes, parts are still available to purchase on a collection only basis. To order, please contact your selected location and your order will be processed and collection time set.

Can I extend my new and approved used vehicle finance?


Yes, should you wish to, your current finance agreement can be extended to avoid making any decisions on a new vehicle at this current time. Please contact our sales team for more details.
