Our service department is now fully open to all customers by appointment only, with all the necessary steps taken to help keep you and our team safe. Sales teams are also available via the contact methods below for any New or Approved Used enquiries with a Click & Collect service at each centre starting from Monday 18th May.

Can I speak to someone about my vehicle?

Can I still order a new or approved used vehicle?


Yes, we are still offering a full end to end sales process via online and telephone. A dedicated digital customer team is available to discuss your current situation regarding your next new or approved used vehicle.

When will I be able to pick up my new or approved used vehicle?


You will be able to collect your vehicle from Monday 18th May with our new 'click & collect' service. However if you are unable to collect, we are also offering a free home delivery service. Please speak to a member of the team for more information.

Is Service still open?


Williams BMW, MINI, Jaguar, Land Rover and BMW Motorrad servicing is fully operational and available to all customers by appointment only, with all necessary steps taken to keep our customers and our team safe.

Are Bodyshops open?


Our four Bodyshops (Bolton, Liverpool, Manchester and Stockport) are open Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, operating with a skeleton team.

We are currently conducting estimates remotely (by email) although you can call ahead of visiting during the above times.

My vehicle's MOT is due. What should I do?


You can book your MOT online HERE, however Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency recently announced new rules on testing for cars, vans and motorcycles which means MOTs that are due from 30 March 2020 will now be extended by 6 months.

This is to ensure essential vehicle maintenance and repairs are available to keep vehicles, goods and key workers moving and safe.

It is important to note that all vehicles must be kept in a roadworthy condition and drivers can be prosecuted if they drive an unsafe vehicle.

Can I still purchase parts?


Yes, parts are still available to purchase on a collection only basis. To order, please contact your selected location and your order will be processed and collection time set.

Can I extend my new and approved used vehicle finance?


Yes, should you wish to, your current finance agreement can be extended to avoid making any decisions on a new vehicle at this current time. Please contact our sales team for more details.
