We have always put our customers and staff at the heart of everything we do.  For many weeks we have been preparing to welcome you back to Williams, specifically to plan how we can invite you and our staff back in our showroom in the safest possible way.

We have critically reviewed our existing processes and developed new COVID-19 procedures in all areas of our business. A thorough Covid-19 risk assessment has also been conducted by each business function for all our Williams centres.

Our Aftersales Service procedure has already been successfully in operation for emergency vehicle contracts and key worker customers.  We believe these measures are critical so when you do visit us again, you arrive with peace of mind and experience the high standards you would expect from Williams.
