We are currently seeking to recruit a Customer Experience Manager for our Service department in Manchester.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • To meet and exceed customer expectations in a customer focused environment.
  • Be the first point of contact for Customer complaints within the department.
  • Organise and prioritise work effectively to achieve targets in a timely and efficient manner
  • Responsible for the day to day running of the service reception and service advisors

The ideal applicant will have previous experience in a similar role, although full training will be given. A full, clean driving licence is also required.
