Working hours 9.00 am to 3.00 pm Monday to Friday (27.5 hours)
You will be required to prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages to staff at a standard in keeping with the company’s requirements. You will be required to purchase food and beverages at the most advantageous prices and obtain receipts for all purchases, subject to your line manager’s authorisation and verification. Agree the appropriate menus and prepare food and beverages in an edible and presentable manner. You will be responsible for the collection, and reconciliation of the till readings, of all monies for food sales and to hand over daily to the accounts department for banking. To perform a weekly stock check confirming the quantity and value of food/beverage stocks held ensuring stock is rotated and does not go out of date.
