A member of our team is always on hand to answer any questions you might have about BMW and MINI cars that are available as part of the scheme. We will also be able to help you with any queries regarding adaptations that can be made, insurance details and much more.
We will help you choose your ideal Motability vehicle, taking into account your personal circumstances and, of course, your preferences. When the time comes to take possession of your new vehicle, we will provide you with everything you need in one of our dedicated handover bays.

At Williams, we have a team of Motability experts who are specially trained to advise you on the scheme, the cars, adaptations and finance arrangements. They are on hand at each of the branches to talk you through every step of the process to purchase your next car. Our Motability experts can help make sense of all the options available, including the car’s body style, engine, trim levels and adaptations available. If you need any modifications to help you make the most of your new car, these can often be done free of charge or at a highly competitive cost.
We do everything we can to make the process simple. After helping you to find the model that suits you best, we’ll place the order for you through the online system. Your acceptance letter will then arrive with a Personal Identification number – keep hold of this, as you’ll need to present it when collecting the car.

Our showrooms are the ideal place to get started with your new Motability car. Purpose built with dedicated parking areas, we have proudly created a relaxing setting allowing you to explore the range in your own time. Most of the cars in the BMW and MINI collection are on display so you can get a real feel for the range available. We have separate meeting rooms where you can discuss your requirements privately with an expert, giving you the opportunity to be as open as you wish.
During your visit, you can make the most of free WiFi, a designated working space, luxury toilets and enjoy complimentary beverages and food. These extra services are especially useful if you are waiting for your car to be serviced.
