Following our live Manchester debut of the all-new BMW 4 Series at Dakota Hotel, you too could be living THE 4 LIFE. Williams BMW are giving away a luxury one night stay in Room 404 at Dakota Manchester, with a four course meal included at Dakota Grill. The winner will also have access to an all-new BMW 4 Series for the duration of their stay*.

1.1 By entering the Competition You hereby accept these Competition Rules and the Terms and Conditions.

1.2.1 The Competition is free to enter.

1.2.2 The Competition is open to all members of the public over the age of 18 years of age

1.3 Prizes on offer will be detailed with a clear closing date.

1.5 The prize is for two people staying at Dakota Manchester in Room 404 for one night with breakfast. A four course meal for two people is also included at Dakota Grill, plus a bottle of wine. The winner will also have access to an all-new BMW 4 Series for the duration of their stay The winner can choose to take their one night stay between Sunday to Friday; Saturday night is excluded. Winners will be notified within three working days of the closing date of 04/11/2020.

2. To enter, you must like our Facebook/Instagram page, share the competition post and tag who you’d like to take with you in the comments section.

3 The decision of the Judges is final and no negotiation will be entered into with respect to any such decision.

4.1 Williams Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and remove any entry that does not comply with the following requirements, even after the entry is submitted on any social media page. You warrant and represent, in respect of each entry submitted by You (“Entry”), as follows:

4.1.1 You have the right to make your entry available to the Competition

4.1.2 Each Entry does not contain personally identifiable information about You or any other person(s)

4.1.3 Each Entry does not contain any infringing, threatening, false, misleading, abusive, harassing, libellous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic or profane content

4.1.4 Each Entry does not contain any material that could constitute or encourage conduct which would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law

4.1.5 Each Entry does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, contract rights, or any other intellectual property rights of any third person or entity, or violate any person’s rights of privacy or publicity, and Your

Entry does not include:

4.1.5.1 trademarks owned by third parties

4.1.5.2 copyrighted materials owned by third parties (including movie dialogue or musical compositions)

4.1.6 Entries which contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service other than that of the Williams Group campaign theme.

5. You agree to participate in related publicity and to the use of Your name and likeness for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

6. There are no cash alternatives available for prize winners.
