The city centre based team are also celebrating achieving the highest accolade in BMW Mottorad customer service with a record 15/15 customer star rating across all departments of the business.
The national sales award was granted to the team for achieving the highest sales of Approved Used BMW Motorcycles among the 38 retailers in the country.
In addition, it’s been a record year for new bike sales meaning the Williams Motorrad Manchester business is the biggest combined New and Approved Used bike retailer in the country.
Of equal importance to the 25 strong team is the announcement that their customers provided a 15/15 overall satisfaction rating as part of a survey sent by BMW Motorrad to all customers who have purchased New or Used Motorcycles or used the service department in the past year. Questions were posed relating to service across all departments and Williams achieved top marks including overall satisfaction.

Williams Motorrad Manchester located at Chester Road, opposite Cornbrook Metrolink station, offers a range of New and Used Motorcycles with more than 100 available models in their showroom including the new R 1250 R which officially launches on 6th April.
The showroom is open seven days a week. Service, accessories and rider gear are available Monday to Saturday giving customers great access to products and aftersales assistance. The service centre uses only genuine BMW Approved Parts and technicians receive ongoing training to the highest standards – all contributing to the 15/15-star customer rating.
