Visitors who attended this year’s CarFest North which is set on the grounds of the stunning Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire were blessed with sunshine and unforgettable memories and the first ever Williams Group stand.
Creator of CarFest, Chris Evans organised an adrenaline-fuelled weekend catering to all members of the family with a range of exciting and immersive experiences on offer.
CarFest, now in its tenth year was started by the former BBC Radio One DJ to fundraise for various charities, with over £16.5m raised to date.
We loved watching all members of the family been taken aback by the wonder that was Williams MTown that featured a stunning M4 Competition presented in Sunset Orange and the iconic M 1000 RR from Williams BMW Motorrad.
A firm favourite at our Williams stand had to be the MINI Electric and MINI Countryman Hybrid, many customers were interested in gathering information as the UK moves towards electrification in 2030 and our team of experts were on hand to assist.
We also had the stunning Jaguar F-Pace that glistened in the weekend sun in it's Sorrento Yellow paint and the Land Rover Defender that stood proud capturing many eyes.
Visitors enjoyed artisan coffee from Williams' very own barista, Victor, who served delicious drinks from our Land Rover horsebox. As well as our 'Perfect Pass' rugby game that challenged festival-goers to show off their rugby skills.
In our prime location at CarFest we were able to have track side access to watch the actioned packed show as various cars took to the track to show off their speed, handling, and of course, performing some doughnuts which made the crowds go wild!
Of course, with the clue being in the name CarFest offers a sensory overload to petrol heads with a range of new and vintage cars to immersive themselves with.
The 3- day festival also offers a range of other activities great for the whole family and staying true to our mantra of 'The Difference is Williams' we gained exclusive access to the pit of the main stage where we had up-close access to performances from chart-topping artists like Tom Grennan, Rag N Bone Man, McFly, and All Saints as well as DJ sets from Gok Wan and Howard Donald.
Other activities included live cook-alongs from author, Juliet Sear and Bake-Off winner, Candice Brown, and sit-down discussions on the StarFest stage featuring interviews with Giovanna Fletcher, John Bishop, and Andrea Mclean.
We were so happy to see so many of our customers over the weekend enjoying themselves at the event and it has been great to see our customers coming into our retail centres and already reminiscing over what was a great weekend.
