Williams is one of the first Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) retailers in the UK to be awarded the enhanced status of SV Specialist Centre, with expert staff providing customers with bespoke vehicles tailored to their individual requirements.
The pioneering service from JLR is available at the Williams Jaguar showroom at Upper Brook Street, Manchester and its Land Rover showroom at Birchall Way in the city centre.
Specially trained SV experts Harry Entwistle at Upper Brook Street and Gary Fazackerley at Birchall Way offer a bespoke service to provide an SV Jaguar or Land Rover based on customers personal preferences and needs.
Both SV Specialists act as a single point of contact to guide customers through their journey, featuring the entire range of options available via the SV offering by JLR.
Each showroom will also feature a selection of SV demonstration models for customers to experience first-hand.
In addition, each site provides an accredited SV trained technician that will provide best-in-class aftersales service.

“While Harry Entwistle and Gary Fazackerley will initially operate from our retail centres at Birchall Way and Upper Brook Street in Manchester, they will provide a seamless transition to our £41m flagship retail centre at TraffordCity when it opens in the summer.”
