UPDATE YOUR SERVICE PARTNER PREFERENCES

It is important to ensure that you have your preferred Service Partner set up on your BMW app, for any contact you may have with us including updates on your next service. You may have purchased your BMW from a Williams centre that is not local to you, which will have automatically assigned that centre as your preferred service partner, so we want to help you make sure your preferences are up to date and accurate.

Please see below for a step-by-step guide on how to update your service preferences on the My BMW app.

Follow these steps:

STEP 1

When you login to the My BMW app, you will be greeted by a screen similar to this that show's your current vehicle status. Scroll further down until reach the Retailer Services section.

STEP 2

The Retailer Services section shows your default service partner. If this Williams centre is not your preferred centre, click the map icon at the very bottom of the screen (next to the car icon).

STEP 3

You will then be taken to the map screen. From this point, either search for your chosen centre in the search bar at the top or alternatively click the location if it shows in the options below the map.

STEP 4

Once you've selected your chosen Williams centre, it will appear in the map. Simply click the 'Save as Preferred' icon and this will automatically set this centre as your default Williams Service Partner going forward.
