CLICK & COLLECT

YOUR VEHICLE DELIVERED YOUR WAY.

Click & Collect from Our Centres

From Monday 18th May we are pleased to announce that you will be able to collect your new car and motorcycle direct from your preferred Williams centre.

How do I arrange collection of my vehicle?

Once you have ordered your new or approved used vehicle, a member of the Williams team will contact you to ensure all relevant paperwork is complete. They will then arrange a convenient time for you to collect your vehicle. Collection is available Monday to Friday between normal business hours, details of opening hours can be found here.

How will my vehicle be prepared for my collection?

Williams uphold the very highest standard of vehicle care. Prior to your arrival, all contact surfaces will be protected including the seat, foot well, steering wheel and gearshift. In addition, the cabin interior will be disinfected with an air conditioning preparation at no extra charge. You can view a short film below that explains how we prepare your vehicle.

What will happen when I collect my vehicle?

In order to maintain social distancing and to follow government guidance our showrooms at our centres are currently closed to the public. To enable you to collect your vehicle, we will drive your vehicle outside of our handover area. All protective coverings will then be removed and your keys wiped clean before being placed in your car, ready for you to drive. To minimise the number of visitors to our centres, we ask that where possible you collect your car by yourself. You can view a short film below that explains what happens when you collect your vehicle.

Home Delivery

If you are unable to collect your vehicle from any of our Williams centres, or should you prefer to have your vehicle delivered, Williams can arrange delivery of your new car and motorcycle direct to your home. Due to government guidance being updated regularly, please contact your local centre to discuss your delivery requirements. Contact details for your local Williams centre can be found here.
